These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PillarMeds Pro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
PillarMeds Pro is operated by DJN ANP LTD, a company registered in England under company number 13714880. Data protection enquiries can be sent to djnanpltd@yahoo.com; general support enquiries can be sent to support@pillarmeds.live.
2. The service
PillarMeds Pro is a personal record-keeping and reminder tool for medications, doses, schedules, allergies, medication reviews and appointment summaries. It is not a medical device, prescribing service, clinical decision-support system or emergency response service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent or legal carer of the person whose medication information is being recorded, to create an account.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
- You must notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use PillarMeds Pro to make clinical decisions for other people without their consent.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems that do not belong to you.
- Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Some features of PillarMeds Pro may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from within the app; access continues to the end of the paid period.
7. Medical safety
PillarMeds Pro does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, dose recommendations, medication safety checks, or emergency assistance. Always follow the advice of your GP, pharmacist, prescriber or other qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
8. Carer access
You control who has access to your information. Carer access is read-only by default. You are responsible for who you invite and can revoke access at any time.
9. Intellectual property
The PillarMeds Pro name, branding, software and content are owned by PillarMeds Pro and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your personal record-keeping purposes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PillarMeds Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not accept liability for missed doses, incorrect information entered by users, decisions made based on the service, or interruptions in availability. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app or by email.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
