Who is PillarMeds for?

Adults taking one or several regular medications, older adults with more complex routines, and family members or trusted carers supporting a loved one.

Can a family member or carer access my record?

Only if you invite them. You choose who can view your information, and you can pause or remove their access at any time from Settings.

Can a carer change my medications?

No. Carer access is view-only. Only you, as the patient, can add, edit or remove medication information from your account.

Is PillarMeds medical advice?

No. PillarMeds Pro is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice and does not replace guidance from a doctor, pharmacist or prescriber.

How is my information protected?

Your account is protected by modern authentication with leaked-password checks. Health information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is not sold to advertisers.
