PillarMeds Pro ("PillarMeds", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and health information you entrust to us. 1. Who we are
PillarMeds Pro is a personal medication record-keeping service that helps patients and carers organise medications, doses, schedules, allergies and appointment summaries. 2. Information we collect
- Account information — email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and optional profile details you provide.
- Health-related information you enter — medications, dosages, schedules, dose logs, allergies, reactions, medication review notes and appointment summaries.
- Carer sharing information — access codes and links used to grant read-only access to a person you choose.
- Subscription and billing information — handled by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.
- Technical information — basic device, browser and usage data needed to operate the service securely and reliably.
3. How we use your information
- To provide the PillarMeds Pro service and features you request.
- To keep your account and information secure.
- To operate carer read-only access when you choose to share.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To meet our legal, regulatory and safety obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your health information for advertising.

- Carer access is read-only, patient-controlled, and can be revoked at any time.
6. Sharing your information
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (secure hosting, database, authentication, payment processing and email delivery). These providers act on our instructions, are bound by contract, and cannot use your information for their own purposes.
7. Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal and health information from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backup cycles and legal retention requirements.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and to data portability. You can exercise most rights directly in the app or by contacting support@pillarmeds.live.
9. International transfers
Where information is transferred outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
10. Children
PillarMeds Pro is not intended for use by children under 13. If a parent or carer manages medication for a child, they do so under their own account and remain responsible for the information entered.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app or by email.
