PillarMeds Pro is designed to be usable by as many people as possible, including older adults and users of assistive technology.
1. Standards
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort and we welcome feedback that helps us improve.
2. What we do
- Large, readable typography and generous tap targets.
- High colour contrast and clear focus states.
- Semantic HTML and ARIA labelling for screen readers.
- Keyboard navigation for interactive elements.
- Mobile-first, responsive layouts.
- Plain, jargon-free language wherever possible.
3. Known limitations
Some third-party components (for example, embedded payment forms) may not be fully under our control. We continue to review and improve accessibility across the service.
